Wheelchair access / Service

	OBS: Wheelchair access under construction Otherwise wheelchair access to the Museum is possible through the entrance in Mejlgade. Please contact the reception or phone 86 18 64 70. Note – access to the museum exhibitions via elevator, except to the rooms containing the histories of childhood. Access to these rooms is up 18 steps and is only possible on foot. The Museum will lend a lightweight wheelchair to moderately walking-impaired guests.

Service The museum has lockable wardrobes. The lock requires a 20 kr. coin, which is returned. Larger bags are not allowed in the exhibitions. The museum has two folding strollers at the guests’ disposal. There are also small chairs on the exhibition floors, which may be carried around the exhibition as needed. It is possible to eat your own packed lunches both in- and outdoors.
