We have black and white wedding dresses, patterned and coloured ones. All told there are app. 100 dresses and stories from 1862 to today. All dresses are accompanied by stories about the women who wore them: What did they do before they married, how did they celebrate the wedding and what has happened to them since? With a short introduction to customs and traditions surrounding weddings and marriage. The book is richly illustrated with photos of brides, couples and wedding parties. 210 pages.
